Spiritual direction offers a protected space in which to explore the depths of the intimate and sometimes confusing relationship between the creator and the created. It helps to promote spiritual formation and practices that can facilitate a deeper connection to God.

Using prayer, silence, poetry, lament, imagery, talking and scripture we can work toward becoming ever-increasingly aware of the presence of God in all things so as to be better attuned to more readily discern the movements of the Spirit in our lives.

As a spiritual director, I am deeply committed to providing a secure space for spiritual growth and my job is to be a whole-body listener, attentive to the presence of the Holy Spirit that is revealed in the words, actions, questions, and contemplations of a directee.
